Why does the ‘Time’ column in the Follow-ups section of the Noticeboard sometimes contain a date?

By default, the Follow-ups tab on the Noticeboard shows today’s follow-ups and diary entries. However, so that no tasks are missed, it also contains follow-ups for previous days that have not been completed. Today’s entries show a time (where one as has been assigned), but follow-ups which were due to be completed before today show the date. Follow-ups are not removed from the Noticeboard until they have been marked as completed. Once completed, they become part of the client’s call history.

How do I add a client?

In the clients screen, click on the ‘Add’ button to the top left. Enter the name of the client, their contact details and any other relevent information, then click on the save button to the top right.

Bring up the client in the Clients screen by searching for the client, then press the ‘Edit’ button to the top left, make the relevant changes and then press the ‘Save’ button.

Who can delete the message off the notice board?

The only person who can delete a message off the notice board is the person who wrote it.

Who can delete a message sent to them?

Either the sender or the receiver can delete this message.

How do I email a client?

You need to be able to be on the client that you want to send the email to, enter the sender?s details in the from field, enter a subject, then type the email in the space provided. And then when you are happy with it click on send.
