By default, the Follow-ups tab on the Noticeboard shows today's follow-ups and diary entries. However, so that no tasks are missed, it also contains follow-ups for previous days that have not been completed. Today's entries show a time (where one as has been assigned), but follow-ups which were due to be completed before today show the date. Follow-ups are not removed from the Noticeboard until they have been marked as completed. Once completed, they become part of the client's call history.

In the clients screen, click on the 'Add' button to the top left. Enter the name of the client, their contact details and any other relevent information, then click on the save button to the top right.

Bring up the client in the Clients screen by searching for the client, then press the 'Edit' button to the top left, make the relevant changes and then press the 'Save' button.

When you are on the relevant client, click on the call history tab, go to the 2nd Add option and then type in the information that you require.

When you are on the relevant client, click on the follow ups tab, then you select the follow up that you wish to complete, then you click the complete button type in the information and click on save.

When entering in the call in call history there is a tick box called add follow up after saving. If you select this when you save the service call, you will be taken to another screen to enter the follow up.

Go to set up, then select options, select the user labels tab, highlight the tab you wish to change and type over it. Then click on save.

Go up to reports, then click on call history report, select the date/s that you want, then in the staff member field, put in the name of the person you want in the report for, then click on preview or print.

Click on the quotation tab, then click on add and enter the quote details in there.

Yes you can. If you are using the master or administration login you can setup a password by clicking on the drop-down menu setup and then select users. The Users window will appear. In the top left hand section of this window, below the Keys and Padlock Image click on the drop down menu Users and then select "Add New User". Enter the desired Username, Password and ID and then press save.
